The Hampton Inn staff were extremely professional and courteous. The room was very clean and most things were close by about a 20 minute drive parking was fine but if you’re coming in late the spots were limited other than that it was a great place to stay. I will be staying here again

We chose this hotel because it is located close to Fort Bragg, it allows pets, and it has an EV car charging station onsite. We were pleasantly surprised at how large and clean the room was! We enjoyed the fresh breakfast with hot food items. The staff there (and throughout the entire hotel) were extremely friendly and helpful each morning. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit our kids & grandkids!

The best part about my stay was their surprisingly amazing breakfast. Everything was fresh and they were replenishing quickly. Love it. Cons: I have an EV so I was under the impression that the property had chargers as part of the amenities…they do but they are “LOOP” chargers and you are charged for usage.

Paris handled everything with ease. It was busy and I needed multiple rooms the family behind me need multiple rooms. The hey machine was acting a bit wonky and Paris never missed a beat. He handled everything perfectly by being patient and positive.

At check in the manager Paris was probably the most friendly person I’ve had the please of check-in in with in any hotel. He answered all our questions gave dinner recommendations and was just a general friendly person. He is an asset to the hotel!!!

I like the fact that the brand excepts pets. I stay at the Spring Lake Hampton Inn whenever I travel from Beaufort SC to visit family. I require a Handicapped Accessible room for my wife and have been put on the first floor every time and even the same room which is a definite PLUS for us. The room is located at the back of the building and the room is the last one at the end of the hall which we can walk out of the room and into our car. Great service at a great price. Great continental breakfast and Front Desk staff. Keep up the Great Work!

We were in town visiting our son in the military. We had some issues. Let me explain and you can be the judge. 1.) The room was clean and well appointed. 2.) The room was only cleaned once in 5-night stay. Said we had our DND sign out. Which we did but was off by 8:00am every morning (really?). So we just got fresh towels and delt with it. 3.) The pool water was cloudy every day. Kinda gross. I wanted to say something but would probably end up like the room service. 4.) There was a couple that would sit out in the back where we parked and smoke weed. Right by the exit door too. Like a lot. Doesn't bother me personally but not cool with families and little ones running around. In California maybe okay but in North Carolina 100% illegal. Really disappointed the staff let this happen. Otherwise the staff was great. The breakfast was good and the serving room was very clean. We probably won't stay here again. We were disappointed with the overall expectation as Hampton is usually a lot better.
