"This property was very eerie. There were no blinds on the windows, even in the bathrooms. The beds were poorly made, suggesting they were unclean. There was no bottled water in the fridge. The front door looked like it had been broken into at one point. The neighbors property is very unkept. I had to look for the lock box that wasn’t on the front door. It was in the top of the lantern, if my husband wasn’t 6’2 we would have had to find a stool or something to stand on to get the key out....

"Overall good, but needs attention to yellow jacket nests on eves of cottage and chairs on porch. My wife was sitting in one of chairs on porch when she saw a yellow jacket fly by. Come to find out there was a big nest under her chair. I went to town and bought spray to kill them. Also sprayed a Large nest in bush on side of house. I know there a bugs and things out in the country but people that are renting might be allergic to stings. Need to check for these things while renting it out."

"Our desire was to have a quiet, comfortable little house close to Round Top and Enchanting Casita was advertised to be just what we wanted. The grounds were very pretty and the location was great. Negatives were the place was not very clean. The porch was not swept and the outdoor furniture was not really inviting. We had a lot of little black bugs in the bathroom and a few in our bed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice."
