“Lovely clean rooms with a nice sized restroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room included a large outdoor area with table and chairs that our children enjoyed. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of options for the whole family.”

“This was a nice little treat for ourselves mid-Camino. We particularly enjoyed the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. We felt revived when we left.”

The town around Blue House is magical and so quaint with fun shops, restaurants, an amazing riverfront, and picturesque scenery. The hostel, itself, was so easy and trouble free. Best night of sleep I’ve had so far on our trip. Overall, great place and would definitely go back!”

Clean comfortable rooms, and charming common areas for relaxing and enjoying a drink or coffee. You are right on the main street of VDC and can walk to everything.”

“Great hotel in the centre, staff a very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well decorated. Hotel is very beautiful inside and out. Good facilities with a modest gym, good sauna and steam room. Piano player at breakfast is a nice touch, creates a lovely atmosphere.”
