“Hotel had its own lobby and entrance that was noticeable outside and not shared with other hotels. Clean place overall with decent breakfast included and a tidy self-serve laundry. Family friendly with their non-smoking policy and close to the airport with a shuttle, but don’t mix up Terminal 2 (local departures and closer) with Terminal 3 (international departures and farther), because the shuttle will only go to Terminal 2. Staff were professional and helpful when asked to lend us a scale……

“All staff members were super friendly, no matter their position – from front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome and safe. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel's own garden provided fresh air and a peaceful vibe. Even though it was fully booked during my stay, I never felt crowded. My kids could safely run around from our room to the playground without any worries, and they absolutely loved feeding the hotel's alpacas and rabbits – they wanted to interact with them……
