The property is fully furnished in an original, comfortable Mallorcan style, with walls decorated in natural stoneand ceilings accented with large wooden beams. A fireplaceis central to the home’s design, and the open dining roomis comfortably lit with space for up to 8 peopleand features its own fireplace. The kitchenincludes an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and more. The house offers double bedroomsand 3 bathrooms, with 1 bathroom located outside—ideal for use during the day after a swim in the pool. Other features include Wi-Fi, a hot tub, and satellite TV. Upon request, a cotand high chaircan be provided. The highlight is the private pool(15 x 8 meters) surrounded by manicured lawn, Mediterranean plants, and palm trees. Here, you can refresh on hot summer days or relax with a book in hand. Complete privacy, multiple open and covered terraceswith comfortable seating, umbrellas, barbecue, and outdoor showersawait you for a memorable holiday. An outdoor grillarea lets you enjoy BBQ evenings together. Besides the brick barbecue, there is also a Weber gas grill. This charming fincaoffers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
