Surrounded by the tranquil landscapes of Felanitx, this stunning villa is the perfect getaway for large families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 16 guests. Here, you can unwind and enjoy total privacy while creating unforgettable memories with loved ones. The estate boasts a beautiful private pool measuring 12m x 6m with a depth of 1.80m, surrounded by lush gardens and stylish outdoor areas ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean climate. The glass-enclosed BBQ area is perfect for group gatherings, offering a large dining table for 16 people, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stoves, and a wood-fired oven. Relax with friends or family in this delightful space while playing table tennis or simply enjoying the tranquil setting under the shade of the pines. The property comprises two large buildings, recently renovated with exquisite taste, offering 8 air-conditioned bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, divided between the main house and an annex. In the main house, a spacious living room with SAT-TV, two dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen welcome you. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds and a small loft with an additional single bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: one with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two double beds, a sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The second house features a cozy living room with international TV channels, a bathroom with a shower, and four bedrooms: two with single beds and two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The estate offers outdoor parking for 6 cars and covered parking for 3 vehicles.
