The Lighthouse Fenit, three bedroom house with a private garden

A three bedroom house in The Lighthouse Village, a quiet estate on the edge of Fenit, a ten minute walk from the village and about fifteen minutes on foot from the beach. Sleeps six adults and two children. All three double bedrooms are upstairs, the main one with its own shower room. The third bedroom also has bunk beds for children, suitable up to around age 14. There is no downstairs bedroom, and the snug sofa is not an extra bed. Downstairs a living room with a fireplace, a snug with doors to the garden, a shower room and a kitchen with a big table. Parking at the door, apple trees and a garden table outside. One dog is welcome. The pet fee is EUR100 per stay. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and hob. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Check in from 16:00 using a lockbox; check out by 10:00. No smoking or events. Please keep noise down after 23:00.
