Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer. "

Our rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was so kind and patient when we needed more towels in the evening; the assistant general manager whom checked us in was very professional and kind; the concierge that checked us out at the end of the day was a peach! I always recommend this hotel in Holland because I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s so clean and the breakfast is also very generous. Before I forget, Sharkee’s is also a great restaurant and bar with top tier service. In all seriousness, I give this specific Hampton Inn higher than 5 stars.
