“I have stayed at the property multiple times. I usually stay at a different room at the Bella Vita Suites but the room wasn’t available so I chose the Napoli room. The mattress was terrible, it was uneven and concaved. The blinds didn’t even cover the window. I am very disappointed with this room. I expected more from a room that was $340 a night.”

“The location is great. We only stayed one night but this would be great for a long weekend. The seating is as shown and is a bit underwhelming but everything else met or exceeded expectations. Couldn't find the parking but got a street spot next to the building.”

“This was my first time reserving a room like this. the property manager always responded quickly to my questions. I got email notices with all information on our check in info. The place was in fantastic condition. Clean and well furnished. The river view was spectacular. Walking distance to so many neat shops and restaurants. My husband brought a fishing pole and bought a 24 hr fishing license and fished from the docks, and caught one too. We would highly recommend this place. As a warning,...

“My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The property was cute, clean and as described. There were alot of nice, personal touches in the decorating and amenities. We stayed during the off-season so many of the local tourist type attractions weren't open for the season yet, which was fine by us. Downtown Saugatuck was still hopping and the tulips were in bloom in Holland. If you're looking for a nice place to relax and unwind, I highly recommend.”
