Imagine having the key to a place hidden from the street and that people all over the world love to inhabit: a historic eighteenth-century building, Palazzo Romani Adami. In the center but also just 7 km from the beaches.

NO ZTL, covered paid parking and some free parking.



Staying in a true national monument: Palazzo Romani Adami (completely renovated). Independent entrance, delightful little house on the garden. Living here allows you to enjoy the sea and beaches, art and culture, hills and to experience Fermo in all its beauty, 12 months a year.

Trattorias, food shops, small shops, ATMs all within walking distance. Villages and fish restaurants 10/20/30 minutes by car: so many.
