"We all enjoyed Villa Carlo. It was spacious and comfortable. There was excellent air conditioning, very important for the very warm June weather. We all loved the pool. There were beautiful views from every window. The whole region was gorgeous. The highlight for the whole group was Massimo's cuisine. He produced wonderful meals and was very responsive to our dietary requirements (several vegetarians). It was a fantastic experience."

"The house is renovated in a very pleasant way. It is spacy and holds what you need. A lovely swimming pool, nice large garden, beautiful view, and very quiet. We had excellent communication with the owner and the local vontact person. Highly recommendable place for a stay for a larger group of people."

"Der erste Eindruck war gut. Denn der Empfang des Vermieters war herzlich. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Auch Fragen nach einer guten Pizzeria oder einem guten Strandabschnitt wurden beantwortet. Die Bewertungen der einzelnen Bereiche sind unsere Eindrücke und werden sicherlich auf Grund eigener Erfahrungen abweichen. Das ist das, was uns wichtig war. "I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è molto bella, cosi come la piscina e la taverna super attrezzata per stare insieme con amici e famiglia. Ci sn anche due cavalli per poter cavalcare. La villa con la vista panoramica sul mare e la luna durante la notte rende l'atmosfera ancora piu bella. Posizione ottima per andare sulla spiaggia o entro terra."

"Gibt nichts zu klagen. Kleine sachen die uns aufgefallen sind an denen wir zum teil selbst schuld waren, wurden umgehen beseitigt."

"Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

"Il parco e la piscina sono stupendi, ma gli ultimi due giorni il "robot subacqueo" si è guastato e l'acqua è così risultata molto sporca. Purtroppo molti di noi sono stati pizzicati (alcuni in maniera grave, tanto da sospendere la vacanza) da un insetto presente all'interno della villa Alcune camere era completamente sprovviste di armadi, i vestiti lasciati nelle valigie per terra. Discutibilissima e sorprendente la scelta di due camere con letti alla "francese", con tutto lo spazio intorno per...

"Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen für 10 Tage dort inklusive meiner 87 jährigen Schwiegermutter. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit nahegelegenen Badezimmer. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber es war völlig ausreichend um Gerichte zuzubereiten. Der parkähnliche Garten ist mit vielen Blumen bestückt und somit war das Ambiente toll.Bianca ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin die alle Wünsche sofort erfüllt. "Thank you so much to Maja and Judy for a wonderful stay. It was incredible to get the opportunity to explore Montegiorgio, the surrounding hill towns and seaside and Le Marche in general! The house is beautifully situated with stunning rolling hills and farm country all around. We couldn't stop staring out every window and really savoured the time we had at the villa to slow down and enjoy. Maja was very communicative and responsive and helpful, we would absolutely stay again!"
