Room is ok, old and needed some upgrade. The tub has stains and lights were very dim. The conditioner and body wash are empty. The hotel room door is difficult to open, we had to push and pull it hard to open. Pool is very hazy and dirty, also they don’t have any shower in the pool area. We also had a hard time going in and out of their parking garage. It doesn’t open automatically even if you register your car with the front desk. You have to call them so they can open it for you. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was not helpful at all. Very rude and snappy. She only gave 1 keycard to my friend when the standard is 2 keycards per room. Their buffet is quite expensive and not worth the money: the potatoes are hard, eggs are bland, not a lot of choices. Their servers are really nice and helpful though. Lastly, the location is accessible, only walking distance to downtown area.
