“Das Zimmer war dreckig, Haare hingen in den Kissen und auf den Betten. Der Boden im Zimmer hat geklebt. Personal war nach Hinweis auf dreckiges Zimmer unfreundlich. Bei der Abreise wurde nicht gefragt, ob alles gepasst hat. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausgebucht und die Parkplätze wären für einen Kombi auch zu eng gewesen.”

“We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Good River. Great value for a 4 night stay including breakfast which offered a great selection of options. Staff were helpful and well organised at getting lots of people seated quickly. Loved how near the park we were and enjoyed the pool too. ”

“The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.”

“Transport There is no free airport shuttle. The Plana bus runs from the airport to central points in Salou/Barcelona for €3.30, which is convenient but not clearly advertised by the hotel. They run at specific times. Check‑in Check‑in was more complicated than expected. Guests must show proof of booking if it was made through an agency, but this requirement wasn’t communicated beforehand.
