“Das Zimmer war dreckig, Haare hingen in den Kissen und auf den Betten. Der Boden im Zimmer hat geklebt. Personal war nach Hinweis auf dreckiges Zimmer unfreundlich. Bei der Abreise wurde nicht gefragt, ob alles gepasst hat. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausgebucht und die Parkplätze wären für einen Kombi auch zu eng gewesen.”

“Die Ausstattung war gut und für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.”

“La chambre de l’hôtel que nous avions réservée était propre, avec une très belle vue sur la piscine et la mer, et idéalement située à proximité des commerces et à deux pas des magnifiques plages de Salou. Néanmoins, je tiens à signaler qu’à notre arrivée, nous avons d’abord été installés dans un appartement qui nécessitait clairement un rafraîchissement. Heureusement, la personne à l’accueil a été très réactive et nous a proposé une alternative : remplacer l’appartement par une suite parentale,……

“Hôtel très agréable, accueil chaleureux et serviable. Accès au parc directement depuis l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Chambre simple et très propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Petit-déjeuner : très bonnes viennoiseries. Buffet moyen, pas très bon et peu de choix.”

“The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.”

“The Hotel is in a nice quiet location and a short distance from the beach and two local supermarkets. The rooms are good with appliances (decent proper fridge) we had a pool view which was nice. The Hotel was kept immaculatly clean and the helpful staff who were all well turned out, went about there duty in a quite efficient manner. The food was of a very good standard, something to please everyone's taste. Also the Pool area is very nice, a good size and plenty of loungers and no problems……

“Das Personal war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr bequem. Das Buffet am Abend und auch das Frühstücksbuffet waren hervorragend. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ”

“La piscine était très propre, apprécié surtout de coin piscine enfants, mes enfants ont adoré. Tres bon buffet et assez variés. Personel tres agréable et a l'écoute, kids club present, animateur au top 👌. Animation tout les soirs pour les grands et les petits, ca met de l'ambiance c'est tres agréable. Chambre parfait, petit bemol concernant les prises (2 par chambre), ayant une machine medical c'est tout juste. Hotel entre la mer et le parc d'attraction c'est parfait 😘. Merveilleux séjour……

“Pros: The room cards can be used as theme park tickets during the stay. The swimming pool is attractive. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for family stay. Cons: The room is too dark. Facilities such as kettles or bottled water are not included.”
