“Amazing location, staff, and views!”

“Our windows and the narrow balcony were inside Galleria Umberto. Very unique! Room was small but had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat, on Via Toledo, 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. 11 min walk to the port. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around. They gave us vouchers for a continental breakfast at a cafe in the Galleria. Area was safe. Someone was there to check us in. Make sure you let them know when you will arrive, so that person can be available. The man did not speak……

“The private lobby on the 2nd floor converts this property into a luxurious experience adjacent to the Spaccanapoli. Below you’ll find open air bars with people meeting up with friends. It’s a very charming location. The breakfast in the morning can be delivered to your room or you will book an appointment with the staff for the breakfast room. The portions and options were very generous. Finally, we used this location as a base to walk down to the ferry and train stations. It’s about a……

“Lovely place with all the thoughtful details throughout our room. It was pretty lively at night we weren’t expecting that. Room access was a bit of a challenge. Staff was always accommodating and available if we had a question. Thanks again the the great hospitality.”
