Uninteressiertes Personal, wenig Infos beim Check- In, sehr laut und hellhörig, oft kein Besteck/ Geschirr mehr beim Frühstück, WC- Anlage haben keine Schlösser, alles recht dreckig, viel Plastik- überhaupt gar nicht nachhaltig, Snackbar- Personal sehr genervt bei Bestellungen, Essen im Restaurant teuer- aber leider lieblos und anders als im Menü beschrieben... grundsätzlich hat man sich sehr wenig willkommen und eher lästig gefühlt.

We loved this place. It was charming and really nice decorated. The location was perfect in the old town in Genova.
Only small thing to remark, is the shower is very small, its not for tall large people ;)
Would love to go back!!
