The communication was not clear and their customer service was some of the worst I have ever had. I do find it ironic and actually funny that the pool is not available for guest use, but the owners family. They have “Free WiFi” on every one of their doors but their WiFi didn’t work for my entire stay. The manager tried to charge me $20 for leaving at 11:30a even though i was previously told by a staff member that it was no problem. This hotel had almost no one staying there.
