We had a wonderful stay at Swandor Topkapi Palace. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes every day. There was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently high throughout our stay. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made a positive difference. As this is a very large resort, the main restaurant can get quite busy during peak meal times. However, the staff work hard to keep everything organized, and we never had to wait long for a table. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children, making it a great choice for families. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend Swandor Topkapi Palace to anyone looking for a high-quality all-inclusive resort in Antalya. We would happily return in the future

Konaklama süresince odalarla ilgili bazı önemli sorunlar yaşadık. Alt kat odalarda karınca problemi bulunurken, üst kat odalarda ise belirgin bir tuvalet gideri kokusu hissediliyordu. Temizlik hizmeti maalesef yeterli özenle yapılmıyor; genel olarak yüzeysel bir temizlik anlayışı hâkim. Buna karşın akşam eğlence programları oldukça başarılıydı. Kids Club da çocuklu aileler için gerçekten kaliteli ve başarılı hizmet sunuyor. Yemekler genel olarak orta-üst seviyede olup beklentiyi karşılıyor. Havuzlar yeterli olsa da özellikle çocuk havuzunun oldukça küçük olması önemli bir eksi. Aquapark ise başarılı ve keyifli. Deniz kumsal-çakıl karışımı bir yapıya sahip. İskelede ise yoğunluk nedeniyle şezlong bulmak oldukça zor. Otelde Türk personel sayısı oldukça az. Görev yapan Türk personelin büyük bölümünün de çalışma koşullarından memnun olmadıkları izlenimini edindik.

Veldig fin 5* hotel som ikke er altfor stor. Så du slipper å gå veldig langt for å komme deg til fasilitetene. Selv om hotellet var fult når vi var der så var det ikke problem å finne solseng både rundt bassenget og stranda.

I stayed at Kremlin Palace Antalya for 6 nights, from 7–14 July. Overall, I had a mix of positive and negative experiences. Starting with the positives, the hotel's location is beautiful. Being surrounded by trees while also having direct access to the beach creates a unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in the mountains and by the sea at the same time. The food was good, and there were plenty of activities for children, making it a great choice for families. The evening entertainment and parties were also enjoyable and well organized. Unfortunately, there were several negative aspects that affected our stay. The biggest issue was the taxi service at the hotel. The taxi supervisor, Ahmed, was unprofessional and controlled all taxi arrangements. Guests could not easily get a taxi without going through him. We had to wait for more than an hour in the heat to get a taxi from the hotel to Konyaaltı Beach, and we were charged USD 60, which seemed excessively expensive. The way he spoke to tourists and managed the taxi service made the experience very unpleasant. Another disappointment was the staff at Pasha Restaurant. We found some of them to be rude, especially toward foreign tourists, which did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a five-star resort. Finally, the rooms are quite old and in need of renovation. We also found many ants in our room during our stay, which was disappointing. The hotel has many strengths, especially its natural setting,
