Viajes a Finike Todo Incluido Vuelo + Hotel

4 kişilik arkadaş grubumuz ile 5 gece kaldık. Otel genel olarak temiz ve güzeldi. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Personeller güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. İçecek kalitesi de yeterliydi. 2 havuzu ve büyük sayılabilecek bir restoranı vardı ama otel tam doluluğa ulaştığında bazı günler yoğunluk oluştu. Ama oda çok normal. Akşam şovları ve gündüz aktiviteleri de gayet güzeldi. Animasyon şefi Ramazan bey tatil boyunca bizlerle ve diğer misfirlerle yakından ilgilendi. Misafirlerin taleplerini dikkatle takip etti. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. 5 gün boyunca sıkılmadan, enufak bir problem yaşamadan eğlenerek tatil yaptık.

We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading dock, in the back part of the hotel, I really don’t know at which point a 5 * hotel decided that is a good idea to forbid the entrance to some guest, we were with 2 kids, one in a stroller and another 8 years old. They leave us in a dark and creepy place . I really don’t know how they dare to treat guests that way. Another bad thing was the room… the shower was dirty and the shower door didn’t close, it was awful. They have stuff to make a fast coffee but they don’t provide cups, they have paper cups. I would understand this if the reason was safety but I don’t think so because they let people to get in the pools and in the beach use glasses. I do not recommend this hotel, the building was good but the service makes it a bad place to stay, if you think you are going to be in a 5* resort you are wrong, at least is a 2-3* Never again!

Amazing food and very modern facilities

Everything in the best conditions 👍 Overall, we had a great vacation. The swimming pools were amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The resort is wonderful overall, though the rooms could benefit from a little modernization to match the quality of the rest of the property. With that improvement, the experience would be even better. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would gladly consider visiting again.
