Viajes a Finike Todo Incluido Vuelo + Hotel

We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading dock, in the back part of the hotel, I really don’t know at which point a 5 * hotel decided that is a good idea to forbid the entrance to some guest, we were with 2 kids, one in a stroller and another 8 years old. They leave us in a dark and creepy place . I really don’t know how they dare to treat guests that way. Another bad thing was the room… the shower was dirty and the shower door didn’t close, it was awful. They have stuff to make a fast coffee but they don’t provide cups, they have paper cups. I would understand this if the reason was safety but I don’t think so because they let people to get in the pools and in the beach use glasses. I do not recommend this hotel, the building was good but the service makes it a bad place to stay, if you think you are going to be in a 5* resort you are wrong, at least is a 2-3* Never again!

Otelde iki küçük çocuğumla konakladım, sıklıkla yabancı turist vardı. Otel gayet temizdi yemekler çeşitliydi ancak yemekler biraz daha lezzetli olabilirdi.Çalışanlar gayet saygılı, no keko . Bundan sonra da oteli tercih edebilirim.

Erfahrungsbericht – Voyage Kundu Meine Frau und ich verbrachten vier Nächte im Voyage Kundu mit Ultra-All-Inclusive. Das Hotel bezeichnet sich selbst als „Super Premium“. Da wir regelmäßig reisen und bereits viele hochwertige Hotels weltweit besucht haben, können wir die Leistungen gut vergleichen. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Bereits bei der Anreise meldeten wir eine offene Steckdose direkt neben dem Bett sowie eine leere Shampoo-Flasche in der Dusche. Beide Mängel wurden zwar aufgenommen, jedoch nicht behoben. Generell hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der hohe Anspruch des Hotels nicht konsequent umgesetzt wird. Angesichts der Preise erwarten wir deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit, Servicequalität und Liebe zum Detail. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir daher als enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel das kostenpflichtige italienische À-la-carte-Restaurant auf. Die Speisen hatten aus unserer Sicht wenig mit authentischer italienischer Küche zu tun und lagen qualitativ deutlich unter unseren Erwartungen. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse und mit dem Anspruch „Super Premium“ war das sehr enttäuschend. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die gepflegte Anlage und die überwiegend freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Dennoch reicht das allein nicht aus, um die hohen Erwartungen zu erfüllen, die durch die Werbung und die Preisgestaltung geweckt werden. Fazit: Das Voyage Kundu ist überteuert und weit weg vom Superpremium. Besser meiden, wer Qualität erwartet.
