A Wonderful Stay at Saletoga Sands Resort We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Saletoga Sands Resort. From the beautiful surroundings and fantastic facilities to the warm, friendly service, everything made our time there truly special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, looked after, and completely at home. A very special thank you to Henrieta and the girls on Reception for all their help and kindness, especially when I had trouble with my wet phone. Your patience, assistance, and genuine care were so greatly appreciated! Hector deserves a special mention too — always so helpful, cheerful, and happy, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and always had a smile to share. A huge thank you also to Neli, who was incredibly helpful when it came to booking our tours and making sure everything was organised. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. And of course, thank you to our wonderful tour guides Fernando, Farani, and Tana. You were all fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining, and passionate about sharing Samoa with us. You helped make our tours some of the highlights of our trip. Overall, Saletoga Sands is a truly special place, made even better by the amazing people who work there. The hospitality, kindness, and genuine warmth of the staff made our stay unforgettable. Fa’afetai tele lava to everyone at Saletoga Sands Resort! Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!
