"Beautiful old building, huge room with high ceilings, large comfortable bed, private bathroom and a wall of Moorish windows. Note this room has the music of city traffic noise, for me it puts me to sleep. Gorgeous restaurant on ground floor, with hot breakfast included. Walking distance to lots of top restaurants, and main Barranco plaza with a cathedral, and oath down to the ocean. Great place & value!! Choose an off street room if traffic hum is of concern. "The property was quite different from what was promised in the pictures. The apartment was worn down, our kids were not allowed to use the pool, we did not get enough towels for the family of 5, the elevator broke down several times. The location was amazing though. Right in the center of Barranco - our favorite neighborhood in Lima (we also visited Miraflores, San Isidro and the Historic center). The dining was great, wall paintings so beatiful, many small shops hiden away from the main street...

"We stayed in the apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and two balconies with incredible views of the surf and coastline. The artwork of Victor Delfin is incredible. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every way. The bohemian Barranco neighborhood is the best in Lima. Highly recommended!!"

"I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The two buildings are beautiful with a pretty outside bar and breakfast room with an excellent breakfast. Staff were all lovely but particularly at breakfast. The area is great with bars and restaurants all an easy walk, as well as the coast path on your doorstep. Our room was enormous with interesting antiques, a stunning bathroom and an incredible small terrace with sea view. I wish we were returning here rather than staying in Miraflores on the return leg of our trip."
