I need the response since the message sensed for a week. I stayed at your hotel and checked in on July 29. At check-in, a $200 security deposit was authorized on my credit card. I would like to ask when this authorization will be released or refunded. As of today, after a week, I have not yet seen the refund or release reflected in my credit card transaction history.
