“No WiFi in the rooms, even if I showed inside the room there was no WiFi and I was using my data, they told me the problem was with our phones the whole family of three . I am a disable person and the step to enter in the shower is to high and dangerous. The front desk assistant name Tera was unhelpful and unprofessional she never looked in to my eyes when I was talking to her she was just looking at the computer screen . There was no complimentary water ( given how hot it was ) there was no……

“Booked it last second. I got the check in information right away and got in a couple hours later. Super spacious with two big bedrooms is hard to beat. Right next to the railway cog that takes you up the mountain which is so cool! And you can hear the stream from inside. Great deck too. Grateful for my stay!”

“Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .”
