The home boasts a living room and family room, each with two futon sofa sleepers and 50” Samsung Smart TVs. The family room has a fireplace and a sliding glass door leading to the backyard. Full size washer and dryer set. Porcelain tile and wood floors, custom tile counters, and stainless appliances. New (2022) furnishings throughout including beds with 10” two-layer mattresses topped with fashionable Boho comforters. Samsung Smart TVs in the living room, family room and all three bedrooms w/streaming WiFi connection. 2-car GARAGE with room to spare.

Spacious, quiet family home in Flagstaff
We stayed here for 4 nights in October 2022 and had a wonderful stay. We were close to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but also very close to shopping/eating. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories. The only things to be aware of are: the heater that comes on at night is VERY loud! Scared me the first time, but we got used to it. Also, the couches to sit on are very rigid, not comfy for lounging around on, but we were not there a lot, mostly just to sleep and the beds were quite comfy! Thank you for sharing your home.

Very Homey
This place was very comfortable and homey. Upon arrival everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. The backyard and the Adirondack chairs were wonderful for sitting outside enjoying the cool evening air with a glass of wine. Overall very nice place!
