Ariento 18 - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

The apartment is located in the San Lorenzo district, known for its famous market — a lively area full of services and local character. The main attractions of the city, such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo), the San Lorenzo Market, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, are just a short walk away. The Santa Maria Novella Central Station is only 500 meters from the apartment.
The apartment is situated on the second floor (no elevator) of a typical Florentine building. It consists of three spacious double bedrooms, with the option to arrange them as double or twin beds, two shared bathrooms with showers, and a large living area featuring a lounge, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen.


Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. . We had an awesome stay at Ariento 18! The flat felt really spacious thanks to the tall ceilings. The kitchen was clean and modern and even had a washing machine (no dryer, but that’s pretty typical in Europe).All three bedrooms were large and had big closets, which made it easy to unpack and settle in. The building itself is older but has a lot of charm, very typical for the area.I’d definitely recommend staying here. It’s in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance.
