Flick through some art books from the comfort of a leather armchair by the library. This renovated apartment with a roomy exclusive terrace blends old and new, from antique ceiling frescoes to recent Pompeii-inspired paintings by a famous local artist.
Relax in veranda with a glass of delicious Chianti wine, read a book in the shadow of the terrace, feel the history of the Medici family.

This flat has been completely renovated, it is in the heart of Florence, Santa Croce district, few steps away from the main sight seeings, restaurants and bars. .The rooms are very spacious. The living room has 2 windows opened on the terrace.
This apartment has a very unique flavor.The library in the living room has a lot of art books, the sofas are comfortable and the room is big. 10 people can sit at the dining table. There is a desk and comfortable carpets on the floor.

The apartment has keyboards with codes so you don't need to use keys. Check in can be done 24 hours
I can give you good informations for your visits. I leave a book in the apartment with recommendations, restaurants etc...Don't hesitate to ask me for a good guide to accompany you in the museums inside or outside Florence, in the Chianti countryside or Sienne, San Gimignano, Pise or Lucques.

Beautiful, large apartment within walking distance of all attractions

The apartment is large and beautifully decorated, and it was spotlessly clean. Our family of 5 stayed here while visiting Florence, and the location made it easy for us to walk to all of the attractions and restaurants, and this was a wonderful place to come back and relax in. The manager was very responsive and accommodating to requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous in Florence!

My husband and I and our son and daughter-in-law all loved our stay in this beautiful house. The online pictures are very accurate; it really is that fun and cozy. Great high ceilings, sweet little library feeling living area, beautiful outside terrace accessible only for this apartment, excellent location for walking to all things Florence. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in great location

Our family loved this spacious apartment, so close to everything we wanted to see in Florence. Marie is a fantastic host. She left us a book of local restaurants and activities which we found very helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer!

True Italian charm!

This property is truly unique from the library full of books to the amazing terrace. The host was quick to respond with questions. Although only two bedrooms this apartment was big enough for our two families (4 adults and two teen boys). The location is outstanding with easy access to all the sights. Would stay here again in the future.

Christmas in Firenze

The Terrace was the perfect choice for our family at Christmas. I debated whether I should book a hotel or a VRBO, and this was the best choice. The living area is very comfortable and spacious. The showers were great. The beds were very comfortable. Towels were great quality. I loved having the washer/dryer and to top it off, there was a beautiful Christmas tree in the apartment. We loved the neighborhood and location. When we return to Florence, we would love to stay here again! Ciao for now!!

Great stay in Florence!

This was a great space in Florence for my husband and I and another couple for our 40th wedding Anniversary trip! It was a very unique “Italian style” apartment decorated beautifully. We enjoyed reading about the history of the apartment and got a lot of great information out of Marie’s book. She was very helpful and patient with my many questions about our first trip to Italy and responded quickly. The apartment was right in the center of many restaurants and stores but on a quieter store/alley. We would love to stay there again!

Florence Oasis

What a lovely VRBO stay in Florence! We so appreciated our stay here - a beautiful apartment tucked off the main walking areas of Florence. Marie has done such lovely work with the decor and amenities, we really couldn't think of anything else we needed. The apartment is so centrally located but tucked down a quiet street. We regularly walked back to the apartment to grab something we forgot or otherwise to relax during the hot afternoons. We would highly recommend - just perfect!

Amazing Italian Experience

This apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. Excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, a beautiful terrace. Florence is an amazing city and this is an amazing apartment. A special place!

Property was one of our top stays of many done over our years of travel. Attention to detail, a Florentine, arty flair. Huge space, fabulous terrace. Everything clean, neat orderly. Marie amazing to deal with. When coming from away its nice to have that extra contact if need help, taxis, etc. Stairs into from street seem odd for likely most, but once up and the door is open it's heavenly. We cooked, enjoyed outdoor space and walked to everything we needed (minus 2 taxi to tour, then train) It felt like home. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

This place deserves 10 stars!

This is an incredible apartment. We loved the old world ambience, the perfect location, the imaginative decorating and the outdoor oasis. I can’t imagine finding a better place to stay in Firenze. The place was so beautiful, it was hard to leave to go sightseeing! I enjoyed reading in the living room surrounded by floor to ceiling books—so cozy! Our grown children loved the outdoor patio. Although it rained almost the whole time we were there, we still sat outside and enjoyed the garden. The lighting was magical after dark. We felt fortunate to find this gem in the heart of the city. Thank you!

Our sanctuary!

This apartment was everything advertised and more! Perfectly located in the heart of the city and offering all of the creature comforts you would need. The crowning jewel of this apartment is the lush, green garden sheltering all of the sounds of the city. It is the perfect place to enjoy an end of the day glass of wine or dinner with your group. The owner, also the manager, went above and beyond to assist us with restaurant and grocery store recommendations, ordering cabs and general support. She is a bonus! You will not be disappointed with this choice.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location

The apartment is beautiful and well-appointed. The location is excellent. One minor issue is that there is insufficient lighting. Even with every light turned on the rooms are dark. It has a lot to do with the dark walls and high wooden ceiling, but overall the charm and convenient location of the place outweighed this small problem. Communication with the owner was a little tough as she was out of the country when we were there, but she ultimately addressed our questions and helped arrange a taxi back to the airport which was very helpful.
