Well served by public transport. however Florence is a small city and can be easily visited on foot or if you prefer by bicycle (rental from specialized shops can be provided upon request) Florence is a relatively small city and there are many ways to travel. Certainly the fastest and easiest way is to walk, so you can discover hidden corners, such as a garden of an ancient palace, a lesser-known church or some small boutique. If you want to explore outside of Florence, from the Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to reach many cities by train and take day trips Alternatively we can (in advance) organize tours in nearby cities with authorized drivers If you have a rental or personal car you can rely on a couple of garages close to the apartment (the host will be able to give you more information and help you with the booking) remembering that the apartment is located in the limited traffic area and only parking in a garage you can avoid getting a fine ## Property amenities ### Pool/Spa - Two minutes walk to Duomo makes the apartment close to attractions. Our host met us there for an easy and informative check in. He gave us lots of advice and many good restaurant suggestions. Restaurants, markets and grocery stores were all very close as Firenze is a very walk-friendly city. The apartment was cozy and clean just as the photos suggest. We loved the balcony overlooking the courtyard. Stefania and Gianni were fantastic at meeting us at the apartment and suggesting places to see and eat! We would stay again in a heartbeat. I must start with the helpfulness of the property managers Stefania and Gianni. They were amazing! Gianni met us at the apartment and walked us through all of the details. He assured us that we could reach out with any questions. Stefania shared restaurants and shopping ideas when we asked. Thank you Gianni and Stefania! The apartment location was within walking distance of all sites in Florence; The Duomo, The Uffizi, The Petit Palace, Piazza Santa Croce, Medici Chapel, Mercato Centrale, Piazza della Signoria, and so much more. Highly recommend Ristorante del Fagioli for Fiorentine Bistecca❤️ 🥩. Stefania shared it as one of her favorites and it delivered. It is hard to improve upon the perfection of Florence.
