Whether you want a quiet relaxing time at the beautiful Central Oregon Coast or, are into Sand Dune Recreation, this is a very spacious, clean single-level home in great condition! Located very close to Heceta Beach on a spacious and quiet wind-protected sandy lot. You can hear the beach!

Great location with plenty of space
The house is exactly what I expected from the listing. The walk to the beach was short. The beach was great! The house is in good condition and has everything we needed and more. I would recommend this house to a family who loves to be near the beach.

Family get away
Took the family to Florence for the weekend to have some fun at Rhody Fest. The house was great. It was clean with plenty of room. Only complaint is that the fridge was half full of expired food products that we had to clean out and throw away.

Amazing Beach Getaway.
I stayed with my fiance, my daughter, her boyfriend and our other friend couple. We had an amazing time. We played horseshoes and hung out at the fire pit for most of our stay. We BBQ'd for dinner and we really never wanted to leave the property. We took a couple short walks down to the beach and really enjoyed that. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this place. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay close to the beach. Great kitchen for big family dinners. We would stay again and recommend to others. Only our of standard rental thing was they had A LOT of personal daily photos throughout the house. Seemed normal in the hall ways and main living space but there were also photos in the bedrooms and bathroom. If you can get past that it's a great vacation rental. We almost left a photo of our family in one of the frames to be funny but decided not to at the last minute.

Great family getaway
Wonderful place for an extended family to stay. Our group was grandparents, a couple, and three kids, and it was perfect for the seven of us. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, beautifully decorated, private, well located in proximity to the beach and other attractions up and down the coast. The kids loved the loft, and it was nice to have a place for them to play. Excellent value.

Everything was perfect and beautiful and comfortable - great energy. Andy was very kind and responsive to all my questions. I hope he continues hosting - we won't want to stay anywhere else and we had a great time at the beach. All 4 of were thrilled and I got the credit for finding it!!

The home was very lovely as well s the outside. My family and I played horseshoe, as well as enjoyed the large wrap around deck too. Andy was very easy to get ahold of when we couldn’t figure out how to turn the dining room light on. Overall, it was a very spacious house for 2 adults and 1 child. We will be back again!

Your own private beach!
What a clean and tidy place to stay! Simple check-out process. Tons of movies, books, and games to keep folks occupied. Cute beach decor, and tucked away behind trees on all sides so there's a great feeling of privacy. Very quiet part of town as well! We got a lot of use out of the beach-sand front yard and fire pit. If I go back to Florence, I won't need to look into other short-term rentals, because this one is perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is surrounded by bushes and feels very private. A quick walk to the beach. Very large wrap around deck. A 5-minute drive gets you to just about anywhere in Florence. Great location!
