The apartment is located in Via Zannetti 4, a two-minute walk from all the main monuments and museums of Florence. It was completely renovated in 2018 with love and great attention to detail to make it as pleasant and comfortable as possible. It is on the third floor with a lift and is very quiet as it is equipped with double glazing which acoustically insulates the entire apartment. It consists of a living area with dining table and equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (single or double beds) and two private bathrooms with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and washing machine. Sheets and towels available to guests. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time.
