“It appeared that there were only 5 rooms being used and everyone was on the 2nd floor. Room showed its age sink constantly dripping, shower had calcium and rust deposits but had amazing pressure that made you feel like it was a fire hose. Floor had a major soft spot that you could feel sink when you stepped on it. Had to listen to the a/c rattle all night long.”

“If we had known that the hotel pool was down for maintenance, we might have booked elsewhere. Traveling with four kids looking forward to the typical nightly swim in the hotel pool and having to disappoint them put a damper on our trip.
