Very good

The hotel is on the beach. Very comfortable. Staff is very helpful. No food except breakfast but common room is most comfortable and provides hot water, dishes and cutlery for use by guests. Vending machines available. Enjoyed our stay.

As an American, I was pleasantly surprised with the location. Having never been to Joaquina beach, this was an unforgettable one. The service was top notch, couldn’t ask for a better location, and everything was super laid back and easy to figure out. Will be coming again!

Great place to stay (directly on the beach)

The hotel is as almost as close to Joaquina beach as you can get, very friendly staff (we are English speakers with only a little Portuguese) and made us feel welcomed immediately. Very good car park if you have a hire car. No dinner restaurant but no problem, there’s a bar and restaurant directly across from the hotel and a coffee place next to it. You can even order in food from places in Lagoa and there’s a space to eat it. The breakfast is great, even the police come to eat as they say it’s the best in the area. Very good value for money - we had a sea facing room with a balcony - airconditioning was strong and had a fridge in the room, very useful. A key reason we enjoyed our first visit to Florianopolis so much.

1 o Local : a praia é linda, mas é um local em que vão vários ônibus e vans de turismo, deixando a Localidade superlotada 2 o Hotel: é pé na areia. Mas sem acessibilidade. Escadas para todo lado e não vi opções de rampas e/ou elevador. Sem opções de lazer - não tem piscina, não tem sala de jogos, não tem sauna, não tem bar do hotel. Enfim se for um dia chuvoso, nada para fazer. Não oferecem nenhum suporte aos hóspedes para a praia - cadeiras, guarda sol etc. E a localidade, tirando a praia não tem o que fazer. Café da manhã mediano Então o custo benefício não compensa.
