Very basic and in need of maintenance

Let’s start with the good things: the staff is nice, quite helpful, and the beds are comfortable. However, the hotel is very dysfunctional: From very small doors in the hallway to micro sized elevators, it seems that no one thought about the fact that people bring luggage when they are traveling. The rooms are very basic, dated, and in clear need of maintenance. Wifi is incredibly slow. The showers take forever to heat up the water, resulting in a lot of water waste. For that price tag, you can get way better options in the city.

The hotel is been renovating. Start early in the morning, no time to rest after 9 am. The rest of the hotel is decent.

The pool

The pool gave me an eye infection because of how much chlorine was put it in instead of just cleaning it. The blue paint from it even rubbed off and we had to scrub it off afterwards. The room and hotel in general were not as nice at the pictures - it needs a makeover.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was extremely small but we only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If I was staying longer the room would have been too small (we stayed in a luxo casal room).
