A parte boa é o lado de fora...

A decepção já começou no checkin, quando não pude entrar pq o hotel estava sem internet.O Atendente da recepção mal humorado, precisei de uma caneta emprestada , não tinha ,no final queriam cobrar pra deixar as malas.Hotel mal cuidado, não dá pra entender ,hotel grande, vista linda e abandonado.Parece não ter gestão alguma.

Localização boa mas o hotel precisa de melhorias

Localização do hotel é muito boa, você pode explorar o centro da cidade e arredores à pé. Tem supermercado perto e prefeitura no entorno. Café da manhã também é bom. No entanto, o hotel ainda peca nos detalhes. Faltou toalha de banho e rosto que precisei solicitar ao menos umas 3 vezes para a recepção (mas resolveram). Descarga do banheiro não funcionou também precisei solicitar auxílio (mas resolveram). No dia que eu me hospedei, a internet do quarto não estava 100% tanto que foi difícil assistir TV à noite. Alguns aspectos relacionados à limpeza também devem ser observados. Box do banheiro era perceptível que não tinha sido limpo. O mobiliário também era antigo e verifiquei que não condizia muito com as fotos que eu olhei inicialmente no anúncio. O hotel tem potencial, mas precisa realmente de um investimento para padronizar os serviços e o atendimento.

Despreparo para um Hotel no centro da Capital

Falta de preparo desde a entrada. Não tinha telefone no quarto e tinhamos que descer pra pedir algo, pq nao atendem nem ligando de fora. Não tinha toalhas no quarto, papel higienico acabando e tínhamos que esperar as camareiras iniciarem o expediente pra poder ir ao banheiro. Um absurdo atrás de outro. Cheiro de mofo, cobertores muito velhos e sujos.Enfim, o caos

Frustrante! Atendimento péssimo exceto por um rapaz que nao perguntei o nome! Cheguei antes do check-in e perguntei se podia deixar minha bagagem. A resposta da moça: 30 reais. Nao foi pelo valor mas pela forma! Primeiro dia sem agua quente no hotel todo. Uma família exigindo seus direitos e, sabemos que os atendentes nao tem culpa mas foram super despreparados. Resolvi ficar só para dormir mesmo pois saía bem cedo. Limpeza tb deixou a desejar. Check-out seco tb. Uma pena pois a localização é otima, a 5 minutos a pé da rodoviária.

Foi decepcionante. O ar condicionado não resfriava, a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava, lençóis tinhas vários furos, o recepcionista da madrugada não foi nenhum pouco simpático. E o que eu achei pior de tudo: eu fiz uma reserva pra 2 pessoas, entretanto, na hora do Check-in, eu cheguei sozinho e meu acompanhante chegou algumas horas depois. E o recepcionista cobrou 80 reias de taxa pra o meu acompanhante entrar, porque ele nao estava junto comigo na hora do Check-in. Eu achei um absurdo, cobrança abusiva. Mas eu estava com pressa e com sono, q acabei pagando e não reclamando na hora. Nao pretendo voltar.

As acomodações são boas mas carece de manutenção/atualização. Para estadias/pernoites está ótimo mas faltou o pessoal da limpeza realizar os serviços diariamente. Isso não ficou claro mas nos 4 dias que fiquei não veio o pessoal da limpeza. Em outros hotéis que me hospedei deixava o aviso que podia realizar a limpeza mas nesse hotel não. Alimentação boa e a atendente foi muito gentil. A internet falhava as vezes.
