First is not a hotel, is a place that is in the middle of nothing on a hill, I haven’t spend the night because I was scared. Beach is many many miles away by car 20 minutes. I would like my money back.

Me and a friend of mine stayed at this property in late December 2024, and unfortunately our experience was extremely negative. We booked an apartment via Hotels.com with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. However, upon arrival, we were given a simple double room with one bed, a bathroom, and no kitchen—completely different from what we had paid for. The owner claimed that the apartment we booked was overbooked, and insisted that one double bed was sufficient for two people, which was completely unacceptable. We immediately contacted Hotels.com to report the issue, but despite their intervention, the owner falsely claimed that he had provided us with the correct accommodation. After lengthy negotiations and being stuck on New Year’s Eve with limited options, we were reluctantly given the original double room plus another double room next door, but only after being forced to pay an extra €200 in cash under the table. This behavior felt like a complete scam. In addition to this unacceptable start, the property had several other issues: • the location is terrible, and the surroundings felt unsafe (there was a violent dog wandering the premises). • The room was extremely noisy whenever it rained. • The Wi-Fi was extremely bad. • The shower barely had any water pressure. Overall, we would never recommend this property to anyone. The lack of professionalism, unethical practices, and poor conditions made this one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Incrível decepção. Endereço extremamente perigoso no alto de uma encosta íngreme. Sem qualquer segurança. Na chuva, uma verdadeira aventura perigosa. Local sem sinalização, identificação de hotel/pousada. Sem recepção. Proprietário extremamente rude, grosseiro, nos deixou falando sozinho. Sem contar que o chuveiro não tinha água suficiente, fria. E as torneiras sem água. Um lixo.
