Check in staff were not personable nor friendly. Also very slow.
Porters were friendly and helpful.
Room was ok. The AC unit was loud and could hear it throughout the night while sleeping - but at least we had AC!
Housekeeping never topped up the hair conditioner - had to ask for it.
In our last night, sheets had a very funny odor even though they were clean and beautifully ironed/pressed.
The view from the 13th floor restaurant was so stunning!!! Menu could have been better.
Drinks were way too expensive- €20 for a G&T?!

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming.
Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes.
The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.
