“My daughter and I stayed at this property while she was working on her private pilot's license at Lincoln airport, and I telecommuted. This lovely house did not disappoint! Super clean and comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen so I could cook. It was also very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the community rec center. It was just like being at home (except I didn't have to mow the lawn!). Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Accurate to listing. Easy access to interstate making it central to all areas. Driving in you do see some homes that make you question the neighborhood, but it was incredibly quiet & we felt safe at the property. Host was responsive. The home accommodated 2 adults and 2 children well for a brief stay. The kids appreciated the toys that were available (there were few and some were broken) The "play area" in the backyard is best suited for young toddlers, so we didn't use it. But it was nice to……

“We were attending an event in Murieta, and the house was very continently located for us to go back and forth. We were really only there to sleep, but it was perfect for us. The house was clean, easy to find, had planets of space, its conveniently located very near a Sprouts grocery store, an ice cream shop, and not far from a shopping center with a Starbucks, Raley’s, etc. Great communication from the host!, ”

“First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if……

“The house was clean and it had everything! The pool was a hit for my children and there was a grill that we used while kids swam! The only uncomfortable thing was that there are cameras inside and it felt like we were being observed. Overall, it was a great house! ”
