  • Set in a peaceful spot in the North of the New Forest National Park, the village of Godshill is home to ponies, donkeys and cattle, which can be seen roaming the open heathland and forest surrounding the property. A popular local pub is a short walk up the lane, or you can head to the towns of Fordingbridge and Ringwood, which both have a good selection of local conveniences. For retail therapy, take a trip to Salisbury, which as well as offering a rich history and striking cathedral has a great range of amenities. Many walking and cycling routes can be found leading from the door and wind through the picturesque and fragile landscape that this area is renowned for.


    Adjacent to the owners’ home, yet with privacy assured, a shared driveway leads to the entrance into this attached single storey property. Firstly step into the stylish kitchen/diner, this contemporary space has an electric oven and hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. The shower room is just next door and has a shower and WC. Heading through the kitchen brings you into the light and bright lounge, where you can enjoy your favourite shows in front of the Smart TV. Two pretty bedrooms complete the accommodation, one is a stylish double with TV and the second a spacious super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request).


    The main entrance door leads back to the courtyard garden, where you can take a dip in the private sheltered hot tub or sit down and relax at the table and chairs, while dining with the charcoal BBQ. To the front of the property is an off-road parking space for two cars, there is also a back gate which leads out to the beautiful heathland, perfect for a walk with your four-legged friend.
