My experience with this booking was extremely disappointing. From the time I booked through Expedia to my arrival at the property, I encountered significant issues. Before arriving, I attempted to contact the property using the phone numbers provided, but I was unable to reach anyone. When I sought assistance from Expedia, I did not receive meaningful support. As a result, I was left waiting outside the property for an extended period in an area where I did not feel safe. During that time, I experienced a threatening encounter, which was very distressing. Despite explaining the situation and providing supporting documentation to Expedia afterward, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or resolved appropriately. I was charged for the reservation even though I was unable to access or stay at the property. The experience had a significant impact on my well-being and caused substantial disruption to my life. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking this property or relying on the support I received in this situation.

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly.

The hose keeping person came inside without knocking at 10.30 am where in my check out was at 11am. During checkin the room was not provided early then why we expected to leave early. The check outs are rushed invading guests privacy

This hotel is in the heart of Banff National Park, so we expected the staff to be knowledgeable and provide helpful information to guests. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We only found out near the end of our trip that the hotel offers complimentary local bus passes for guests. Had this been mentioned at check-in, we could have used Banff's excellent public transportation instead of driving two separate vehicles around town. It would have made our trip more convenient and enjoyable. Another disappointment was the parking fee of $21 per day. Given the hotel's location, the availability of public transit, and the efforts to encourage visitors to reduce vehicle use, this charge felt excessive. Overall, the customer service could be improved. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or informative, and a little more hospitality and proactive communication would have made a significant difference to our stay.

One of my favorite places we stayed during our week in Alberta. Fabulous views, cute and functional accommodations with excellent service.
