Perfektion ist geistige Leere... Wer mit dieser Einstellung geht, kann dem mit Witz und Charme ausgestatteten Chef durchaus lustige Erinnerungen mit nach Hause nehmen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und zweckmässig. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl.

Decadente persiane che si aprivano a spallate nelle camere cambiavano soli gli asciugamani non pulivano neanche i lavandini e la chiave della camera al pomeriggio per averla dovevo aspettare 20 Min non c'era mai nessuno. Io mi adatto a tutto ma questo è veramente pessimo...peccato perché la struttura ha potenzialità notevoli essendo vicinissimo alla spiaggia se solo avessero voglia di fare qualcosa

Quando la gentilezza c'è ma non è tutto

L'Hotel andrebbe rimesso su: porte rotte, rubinetti ossidati, plexiglass della porta che non chiudeva perfettamente, nessuna luce sul comodino e mancava il tappetino in terra. Il personale è stato molto gentile ed è uno dei punti di forza con la piscina comunicante col mare e l'ottima posizione per chi voglia visitare i Giardini La Mortella. Soddisfacente la colazione ed anche la pulizia.

Hotel consigliatissimo. Proprietario giovane, gentilissimo e disponibile nel cercare di accontentare ed esaudire ogni richiesta da parte degli ospiti. La struttura merita; finemente decorata con ceramiche del posto e mobilia retrò assicura freschezza nelle aree comuni e nelle stanze che possiedono il condizionatore. La colazione è ben assortita, dalla cucina escono vassoi di cornetti appena sfornati ogni 2 minuti. Bellissima la terrazza e la grande piscina esterna con due profondità differenti per bambini ed adulti. Proprio dalla piscina si accede direttamente alla baia di San Francesco che ha diversi lidi privati e due piccoli lembi di spiaggia libera. Peccato che a causa del covid-19 non si possa ancora usufruire della Spa. Unica pecca rimane la pulizia della camera: le cameriere sono un po approssimative.. Ma nel complesso non ci si può lamentare

La stanza non era quella rappresentata nelle foto. Poteva anche non avere il terrazzino però dalle due foto affacciava sul mare e la stanza assegnata affacciava all’interno. Mi è stato detto che per vista mare bisognava pagare un surplus di 15 euro a persona. Non lo ritengo serio e professionale.

Das ist eine gute Einrichtung gleich am Meer es gibt morgens Espresso Kaffee oder Cappuccino oder Deutsch Kaffee zum aussuchen das habe ich noch nicht im Hotel bekommen. Die einzige negative war , es gab kein Deutsch Sender TV man konnte es angeblich auch gar nicht mit einem Monteur versuchen.. die ersten beiden Tage ging diese Hydro Massage nicht im Thermalbecken habe mich dann bemüht dass die Reparatur vorangeht und ein Manko im Becken ist dass es nicht einen einzigen Haltegriff gibt.. die Wassertiefe ist 150 Meta so könnte man die Massagedüsen noch besser ausnutzen wenn man sich festhalten. Es gab auch einen geselligen Abend so das es ansonsten nicht zu beanstanden gibt
