The tea pod was dirty with something white, i called help desk but nobody answered so I went down to the reception to report the problem and ask for a clean tea pot, they asked me for my room number and promised they will go to my room with a clean tea pot, of course that never happened. The bathroom had caulk and oxid stains. Really bad experience, would not recommend it at all."
