This was a wonderful property- staff was amazing with many recommendations to explore the island. We were able to rent a motorcycle at the property. We enjoyed the two pools and the beach. Water was crystal clear. Included dinner and breakfast were delicious with many options. I’d definitely stay here again.

Don’t be fooled by their slick YouTube videos, like I did. This property is a best a 3 star resort, trying to pass it self off as a 4 to 5 star resort. We stayed in their “best” room, a bungalow. It was small and poorly designed, void of character and austere. The reception staff is poorly trained. They act more like you’re being booked into a county jail than checking into a nice hotel. It’s in a remote area, nothing is within walking distance. The worst part is that when you watch their YouTube videos, you’re left with the impression that they are on a beautiful beach, with easy snorkeling nearby. In fact the beach is small and the water is so rough, they prohibit swimming, and it’s unsafe to snorkel. The best thing about the “resort” was the buffet, which had a lot of options. The food was generally edible. We stayed in 5 different hotels on our vacation in Spain and this one was the only one that was mostly disappointing.

We booked half board. We were unable to get into the a la carte restaurant which was disapointing to say the least. The buffet restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was awful to out it bluntly. The food wasnt hot and the choices were limited, no freshly prepared food available for us. The lunch time menu is limited and the staff loitered around us. The staff were not friendly and everything seemed like hard work for them. Whilst the asthetics are beautiful and the setting is perfect the experience was not. I feel like they really need to work on their interaction with their customers. Overall disappointing stay and not the experience i had hoped for

Séjour idéal

Séjour ultra reposant, l’hôtel est tout confort. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse, rien à redire! Nous avions un bungalow à proximité de la première piscine, proche du restaurant principal c’était l’idéal. L’hôtel est très bien décoré, c’est vraiment de bons goûts. Les animations pour les enfants sont top et le sport avec Andrea super! Le seul reproche que je pourrais faire sont par rapport aux clients qui resevent les transats toutes la journée des 8h pour la grande piscine et la plage… franchement dans un hôtel de se standing ça ne devrait pas exister.

Ein tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage an einem wunderschönen ruhigen Strand. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet und bietet genügend Platz. Trotz einer großen Anlage fühlt man sich nicht im Trubel und es ist alles schön ruhig. Zimmer und Ausstattung sind top, ebenso das Essen!
