"Stayed here August 30 - September 1st. Best stay ever. The pictures online matched the actual space. The house was clean and spacious. The open concept was great. Everyone had plenty of space to gather. Beds very comfortable. The outdoors was the Greatest. The pool spectacular. The hot tub inviting. Plenty of seating on the deck I will definitely stay here again. "

"Had to contact property owner and VRBO to receive my check-in information just after 4pm when I arrived because I never received it. Property needs some work/maintenance. Owner told me the previous tenant that stayed there the day prior broke some things that needed to be fixed and a maintenance man should be showing up to fix it. That never happened. In fact, it appears to have been a lie based on a previous review from a month prior to my arrival. Everything that review stated was broken or needed maintenance was still not fixed. Broken furniture, leaking fridge water dispenser, leaking dish washer, broken kitchen sink faucet, toilet running in hall bath, no hot water in hall bath, pool fencing needs repair, pool skimmer top broken, etc. I would not recommend this place. And finally, I believe the security camera policy through VRBO allows for outside cameras if the listing announces them. But I don't see where the listing states they are there. So just a heads up, outside cameras are everywhere at this house to the point where its almost uncomfortable to be in the pool area. I believe VRBO needs to take action as this is not a Joyful Hawaii Amazing Pool Home."

"Our family vacation in Houston was genuinely fantastic. The house was beautiful, with a lovely backyard and a swimming pool, which made our time together even more enjoyable. They thoughtfully provided extra towels and various household items, adding comfort. The furniture was in excellent condition, making it a welcoming space for us to relax. We had an incredible time and created many cherished memories together."
