A Neighborhood Gem! Our oh, so Comfortable Private Home with secluded backyard surrounded by trees, lawn and outdoor patio, relinquishes your time spent relaxing in-between Rocky Mountain adventures. The close availability to natural space just along the Spring Creek Trail for walking and biking or leading you to hiking trails at the near by Horsetooth Reservoir, Mountain Park, outlook and open space.
This welcome retreat is completely furnished inside and out. Both upper level and lower level living rooms leave plenty of space to spread out or enjoy conversation with guests! We have 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. Upper level boasts 1 King bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom, Bathroom has shower and bath combination, plenty of counter space around the quartz sink and medicine cabinet in mirror.
Lower level of our home has 2 very comfortable Queen bedrooms, right next to each other and bathroom with walk in shower just off the hallway.
There is a queen air mattress as additional if kids want camp out in front of a movie Located in a roll in lower level closet.
Our fully equipped Kitchen allows you to really enjoy dining at home, especially with indoor dining room seating 6-8. An outdoor deck seating 6-8, umbrellas and covered sun shade. A 6 burner propane BBQ Grill is available right outside the upper patio door.
Our neighborhood is close to many necessities. Grocery stores, Restaurants, Breweries, Liquor store, Shopping and Social activities. We hope you are able to explore all of what Fort Collins and surrounding has to offer!

Great place for Ft collins
Generally, the house was perfect for our needs. However, the place needs a little TLC. The upstairs bathroom sink drain needs to be cleared. The doorknob on the upstairs door to the deck needs tightening or replacement. The kitchen appliances should be replaced. The refrigerator door has duct tape on the handle and does not always completely close. These are all minor things. Overall we had a great time with the house. If or when we return, we will try to book this house.

Family friendly!
Our group consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, a 2-1/2 year old and a 5 mo old. The young family had the upstairs bedrooms and bath with tub, and the old folks were in the basement bedrooms with shower. It was so nice having a port-a-crib for the baby and kid toys (especially 2 tractors and a train!). It was very warm the week we were there, so we didn’t use the backyard as much as we had hoped, but did manage to roast marshmallows 1 night. Fort Collins was a perfect midway point for us as the young family flew into the Denver airport and we spent 1 day at the Cheyenne Frontier Days, 1 day at Rocky Mountain National Park and 1 day in Laramie. And the city parks were delightful!

Really nice place in Ft. Collins for a big group
This house really fit our needs for our family trip to Ft. Collins for our son's wedding. We had a couple of snafus that the owner provided a work around for. One thing to note is that this is a split level home and has quite a few stairs. For anyone with mobility issues this could be an issue. We really appreciated the very comfortable beds, and the nice comfortable furniture in the living room. The location is really convenient to the university and downtown as well.

Everything was perfect!
We booked this property with our neighbors, whose freshman daughter goes to CSU this year, to celebrate Homecoming weekend, and we could not have been more pleased. The house is just a few minutes from campus but the space is quiet and exceptionally private. The backyard was an absolute dream and the patio was perfect for cool, morning coffee. The beds are WOW, every single person in our group brought it up the next morning because they were without a doubt the most comfortable beds Ive slept on in an VRBO. Larissa was so understanding when we had a last minute issue with our dog sitter and more accommodating than she had to be. We have already discussed staying there again next year. This VRBO was PERFECT for us. It had everything we needed, the communication with the owner was excellent, the backyard and downstairs game area were awesome, and we had a wonderful time! In the area for a wedding. House is neat, comfortable and has plenty of amenities for the stay. Was hot during our stay and the AC system and ceiling fans kept the house very comfortable. Great walking trails adjacent to the property as well. It has a real coffee maker too!

This was our first real stop on a big National Park trek. Worked out great! Clean, homey, great deck and yard with a screened fire pit. Big garage access was a plus. Bike/run/walk trail is right behind the fenced yard. Needed minimal contact with owner thru the whole process, but they were immediately available when I messed up our entry code.
