Location is perfect to walk or drive to CSU or to historic downtown shopping & restaurants a few blocks away. Staff is super friendly & helpful! Rooms are clean. Complimentary breakfast 6-10 am. Pool & hot tub available. Preferred place to stay when visiting my CSU student.

Too many things to go over. Most disappoioting was bad heater and water pressure. 8 dollar parking in rural area. Large gaps around door equals draft. Smell of vaped weed from somewhere. Breakfast gave stomach cramps. Pool had leaves in it though inside. Non pet room still smelled like there had been pet in it. Stained towels.

We stayed here because it is across from CSU campus and walking distance to Old Town. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. The hotel itself could use a refresh. Overall a very good experience.

This is a good place to stay in Fort Collins. It is relatively close to downtown and right across from the university. The facilities are old and need to be refurbished but the price is right and it was comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the university.
