Stay cool and comfortable with central air conditioning and enjoy modern upgrades like a new gas furnace and hot water heater. The cottage had a major refresh in spring 2025, blending stylish updates with timeless character.

After a day at the beach, relax in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or explore the neighborhood using the 4 included cruiser bikes.

Inside, the open-concept layout features bright, airy living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches for a home-away-from-home experience.

🐾 Pet-friendly! We welcome well-behaved pets under 35lbs (please confirm your pet’s breed and size before booking; pet fee applies).

Whether you’re lounging inside or out, this beach cottage has everything you need for a stress-free, memorable stay.


Guests must return Bay Beach passes upon checking out. If the passes are not returned or lost, there is a replacement fee of $150 per pass.
