The inside of this building is under renovation which is nice but the outside is shabby and ghetto. The hotel is right across from a hospital so there was alot of siren noise night and day. Our room was incredibly hot, would not get any cooler than 78 degrees and a roach was found in the bathroom along with hair from other guests. Hotel staff were kind and check in was quick and painless. The hotel is close driving distance to Fort Lauderdale and lauderdale by the sea beaches. Probably would not stay here again due to guests it attracts at this price point, room temp and noise.

Property is currently under renovations so there is a lot of construction taking place. The rooms are brand new but basic. The staff was friendly. The property is centrally located which is good. Overall the stay was okay.

The intercom phone was not working everytime we had to walk to the reception for any concern. There was no toiletries provided, we had to go and ask for it. No water bottle provided. Adjacent room was extremely noisy
