Toilet was loose and water ran all night. A/C was so loud had to turn it off and suffer the heat. Window wouldn’t open. Elevator door nearly crushed several people. Pre paid for the room and were asked for full payment when we checked in. Terrible experience. They need to invest some money into the hotel or knock it down
The staff was only attentive once they answered the phone. The shower drain didn’t work so we had to change rooms in the middle of my shower or the bathroom would have flooded and there was no maintenance on sight to address it at the time it occurred. Not worth $245 dollars a night for sure!!
Room didnt have a fridge or microwave as described when booking & there was noone there to provide us with one & the tv didnt work. We usually dont have these issues at this facility but i was very upset this go round... hopefully we wont have these issues in the future stays!

The room was clean! Containers empty in shower. Very noisy. Road noise!
The Property is ok. Has a great system for pickup at the airport. Loud neighbors in hallway had to ask the front desk to ask them to turn down their tv. Found a cockroach on the bedside stand. Otherwise looked clean.

Booked hotel because it was close to airport and cruise lines and offered shuttle service. Lobby was so full of people and suitcases waiting for shuttles you couldn’t move. Finally called Uber or would have missed flight. No refrigerator in room and very very noisy until after 11pm
