The shuttle sucks, the driver is a liar and speaks other languages (Spanish) and talk bad about some others employees. And I did stay again on the 22nd oh my god that driver was so rude and even yelled at me through the phone so the service sucks, they should do something about that if not they will lose lots of costumer

The staff was outstanding ….. made sure I was comfortable and had a meal before leaving to the airport . I would highly recommend this hotel ….. I was stuck in airports for about 5 days …… and was really stressed ….. The person on the night shift made my day with her kindness (Friday night through Saturday , July 19th and 20th morning) ….. Thank you so much .

More bilingual housekeeping staff. A/C in room was smelling moldy, my room had a microwave but had nowhere to plug it up. The coffee maker was in the room without an outlet to plug it in.
