The outside and inside of the hotel was clean and well maintained however when we checked in I was advised the room i booked wasn't available due to renovations, which was not disclosed when I booked.- I booked a room with 2 double beds and the only room available was a king bed with a sofa bed. When checking out, I brought up my concerns to the front desk staff and was advised they couldnt help me, even though I believe this was their error as this important info was not disclosed- if it was I would have chosen another hotel. Sadly I wont be staying here again.

Hotel overall was okay, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, service was ok. The issue that I had was, FALSE ADVERTISING, either with Expedia or the hotel itself . Upon booking the room that I had chosen states that Kitchen(stove top, kitchen utensils ) is included in the suite room . When I got to my room neither items listed above was not available, I thought they placed me in the wrong room. Called front desk only to be told they took out kitchen along time ago. If I wanted a regular room I could’ve booked it for cheaper . The reason I booked suite because of the kitchen that was ADVERTISED! . No solution was offered from Fairfield inn!! Besides that I checked out and they would issue a refund whichin my funds would not be refunded until 5-7 business days!!! INCONVENIENT !! The least you could’ve done was issue a portion of my funds back for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! SO if you plan to travel with large families and planning to cook because of what is advertised !! DO NOT BOOK!!!

The food and drinks left by former guests were still in the room, including French fries on the floor. The toenail clippings in the one functioning elevator were horrible. The staff was the only bright spot - pleasant and efficient.

We had to fly early and arrived around noon. Check in was 3pm. No one could check in early. No offer of any room. We had to sit over 3 hours. I finally had to go ask about how much longer we had to wait (as now it was technically after the time to check in) and she then said,”oh, I have a room ready,”. This has been the only hotel we’ve never been able to check into early. Surely they had housekeeping clean one or two rooms before noon. There were several families waiting and no staff offered any room available until the bewitching hour of 3pm. There was construction going on which I don’t mind. Updates are needed so I’m ok with that. However, the elevator had a floor covering that was loose and I almost tripped. That should have been taped down better as everyone has suitcases running over it. They had a simple breakfast. The room was fine, but, after the check in fiasco I won’t again and don’t recommend staying there.
