Cute home!!
My husband and I started with Aida for two days and two nights after a cruise. It was lovely and in a nice neighborhood. We Ubered to the house and didn’t have a car to drive around so we would walk places if we needed things. The closest gas station is about a 15 minute walk away and the library is a 30 minute walk away. If you had a car it’d be even closer. All that to say, it’s in a nice central location and we enjoyed our stay! She has a super friendly dog that we had fun playing with as well :)

Very quaint and serene
This studio is exactly as described. It is a small room with a separate bathroom. The patio area is lovely with lots of greenery and tranquility. Unfortunately it doesn’t offer a coffee pot, bottled water or snacks but it wasn’t listed in the amenities either. Uber Eats will deliver there (even at 2:00 am.) the property owner was very nice.

Me and my wife stayed for three days. We really needed an ideal location and we found it. The accomodation is basic, however the host is friendly and the place is clean. If your on a tight budget this will be a good fit for you.

Friendly host. Very clean, small room with fridge and microwave. No coffee pot or hair dryer if you need those. Lovely sitting area outside. Big tv. Hot shower and cold AC! Direct road to Hollywood Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Quiet Room With Separate Entrance.
This was my first time staying at a Vrbo property and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I was going to a business event in a high end area of Fort Lauderdale, but didn't want to pay $250 to $400 per night and when found this place I figured I was rolling the dice because of how inexpensive it was. Well the property has beautiful landscaping and the room is off the side of the house and has it's own entrace and even a nice table and patio chairs just outside the room. The room was clean and quiet and had everything I needed: television, wifi, a/c and a nice bathroom. The owners were very responsive and when I had an issue with getting hot water (I was doing it wrong) they came right over and helped me out. I see that they raised the price, but from the prices in the area, they could still get alot more. If I am in the area I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this rental.
