“The experience at the AC Hotel was absolutely terrible. A simple error on the hotel’s end resulted in a huge ordeal. On our second night of the stay, my wife and I came back to a room that had not been serviced at all. We called down to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and to inform the staff of the situation. The staff member (who happened to be the assistant manager) was extremely rude, flippant and completely dismissive of our request to have the price of the room adjusted. He went……

“Property looked very.. 1..butour room had a ceiling lamp water leak when it rained. And they gave us 4 towels to wipe the water. Half our room was had water on the floor.as well as bathroom. 2..each and every day they had us getting another door key.. 3..the hadn't been cleaned. Very foggy. Till pool man came and cleaned it. 4..Ask for fresh towels was like pulling teeth .we don't have any they would say. 5..our room didn't get attended to but once in 5 days. 6. The ice machine was broken down……

“Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”
