There were homeless people camping in a tent in the parking lot ,outside hallway resembled a prison , room number was not listed on wall which made it suspicious that the room was not really a proper room , smoke alarm falling out ceiling , patched hole in wall in room , writing on the walls , curtains falling off rails , peeling paint , cold floor - no carpet or even a mat, threadbare sheets and thin blanket and crinkly plastic……
