The staff was friendly. The room was not cleaned. Found a pair of under garments in the room after checking in and bringing bags into the room. There was a lot of loitering outside the hotel in the parking lot in the front and behind the hotel.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Room was clean but needed a lot of work. Bathroom had areas that were rusty and needed to be fixed. No towel for the floors so the kids slipped alot after showers. Rooms smelled a musky, was told there was a leak in that area close to our room because of rain. They didnt have our reservation at first when we checked in but they fixed it. There were not enough towels for the 4 of us and at first when i asked for extra they didnt want to give them to me but eventually did. There is no breakfast like your site says which was disappointing. They were short staffed so i declined any house keeping. Overall will probably never stay here again..

I didn't like anything about te property. It was dirty, had a bad odor. Windows were broken and boarded up in part of the building. A guest who said she was homeless tried to scam us and accordingly to staff said we were not her first target . I felt unsafe there.
